Where’s the little bottles??

I miss the small sports cap top bottles that my daughter with special needs - would love to drink. Why would you discontinue something that was so helpful and have nothing to take its place that was similar. - sad customers

We are so sorry but the 250ml kids bottle has been discontinued in the US.

Old cap, PLEASE!
Bring back the old CAP!

I used to LOVE Aqua Carpatica....however, they have recently changed their cap/lid and it is terrible! It doesn't open easily, it leaves a small plastic piece hanging and it cut your finger or your mouth! Terrible!!!! I've sent many emails, left many reviews and I know many other customers who feels the same way. The water is amazing, the bottle SUCKS! Bring back the old bottle!!!

We appreciate your candid feedback. Unfortunately what you are experiencing is actually designed that way. Since Aqua Carpatica is a European company it must abide by European rules and laws in manufacturing. With these new caps AQUA Carpatica is complying to the EU Directive 2019/904 and starting with July of 2024 all our PET, single use SKU must have tethered caps. So we can't bring back the old caps.

Best Water Anywhere

Have been drinking this water for several years and no question it is the purest best tasting water I have ever had. Set up to automatically deliver every month and many times push up the delivery date so I do not run out.

Crisp Clean Taste ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a party where we blind tasted 10 bottled waters at the exact same temperature and in clean glasses. Six people chose AC as having the most refreshing, mineral free flavor. Two others chose 2 different brands. We no longer associate with them.
