We do not add carbonation to our Natural Sparkling Mineral Water by machines; rather, it is naturally carbonated by ancient subterranean volcanoes.

AQUA Carpatica offers varieties of both Naturally Sparkling Mineral Water and Natural Still Spring Water. You can purchase these items individually or in cases from multiple retail outlets, including our website.

For any replacements or refunds, contact us at support@shopaquacarpatica.com. If the product you purchased from our online store becomes damaged while being delivered by a third party carrier to you, we will replace or refund the product for up to 30 days after the date of your purchase.

We ship all products through Fedex ground or Fedex Home Delivery.

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2 PM local time will be shipped out the same day. We have two warehouses (Ohio and California) and most locations will be delivered within 2 business days.
