I ordered a case of glass bottled water that was damaged in transit, and I received notification from Amazon that my order will not be delivered because of the damage. I was advised to reach out to the vendor and I emailed Aqua Carpathica’s customer support. They don’t seem to respond to emails and customer support is nonexistent with this company. I also had another order that was damaged in transit last year and same problem. The company does not respond to emails. Very disappointed and I’m in the process of disputing this charge with my credit card.

I am so sorry for your experience. Since I don't have any information on your order other than your first name I can't help find your order. If you purchased through Amazon you need to contact us through amazon by sending a message to the seller from the order detail. Once we get that we can find the shipment and replace it or refund it. We do get a lot of request for people who say they didn't get shipment but actually never ordered anything from us. So if you by doing it through your order we can quickly fix your problem.
