Delicious water

I love this water from the Carpathians. It has a wonderful pure taste and soft silky texture.

Cap / Seal needs improvement!

Go back to the old cap / seal design. The new cap and seal does not break apart easily, leaving jagged edge of the plastic that gets in the way when trying to drink the water directly from the bottle. The old design / materials for the cap & seal was SOOO much better. Disappointed that this has not been corrected. I've been drinking this water for 5 years, but if it doesn't get resolved, you will loose a loyal customer.

Bad delivery of product

Hello,
I had ordered 4 cases of water under order #30247 and apparently one case was repackaged. And the bottles were litterally thrown in the box with no packing whatsoever. The bottles were physically damaged and I'm shocked that none were broken open.
It made me wonder if it’s even the your water.
Additionally, I sent this feedback to your support team, with pictures, and received absolutely no response.

Not very satisfied with the order.
